Barnes in Putty by KF Kitchens Ltd

Couple Jane and Peter bought their new village home in Newton Ferrers with an aim to make the kitchen a more modern, open plan living area. With a desire to have a light filled and hi-tech working kitchen, the couple were stunned with the presentation of their kitchen designed by Nathan

The main part of the kitchen is fitted with Burbidge Barnes shaker style white-painted timber doors, with a Blanco ceramic sink and a Quooker boiling tap. The appliances, by NEFF, are a slide-and-hide steam combo main oven; a compact microwave combo oven; a large warming drawer; a built-in dishwasher and a 60/40 fridge-freezer. Cupboards include concealed waste bin and a larder with attached spice rack and basket-style pull-out drawers.

The island is fitted with Burbidge Barnes shaker style painted doors in a shade called Putty. It has four sets of drawers with pull-outs, and a NEFF induction hob. There is also a feature wine rack and book case at one end to maximise the space. The granite worktops were supplied and fitted by Mayflower Stone, and the flooring is timber-effect Karndean stripwood which has been used through into the hall and utility room areas.
