Burbidge Consolidates Fashion Forerunner Status with Otto Concrete

Leading kitchen manufacturer, Burbidge has continued to break the mould with the introduction of a new, incredibly realistic concrete-effect finish – giving a discernible nod to stripped-back, industrial design.

Aligned to the ever-popular, warehouse-style aesthetic, the new concrete finish, available in the Otto kitchen range, cleverly replicates the coarse, tactile feel of concrete, allowing consumers to achieve a raw, minimalistic appeal.

For the perfect contrast, the look can be paired with three new wood finishes also added to the Otto range; Dark Walnut, Rose Walnut and Bleached Walnut, providing added warmth for those who aren’t ready fully embrace the utilitarian nature of the industrial trend.

Coupled with this, is the option to have Burbidge’s Germanic-style Gola handle-less rail system, integrated within the door carcass in a choice of aluminium and anthracite adds modernity, while a wide range of accessories offer creative freedom.

At Burbidge, we are always innovating and evolving to keep up to date with latest trends. Having experienced huge success since launching Otto in 2014, we wanted to extend the range by giving it a more edgy, urban look inspired by the stark, European industrial trend. “Months in the making, we have worked tirelessly to recreate what we believe to be the most accurate replication of concrete. More so, our new woodgrains and the option for bespoke finishes mean consumers can choose to embrace the trend in its entirety or take a subtler, softer approach.
