Our clients wanted a complete remodel of an existing kitchen that looked tired and due to its colour made the kitchen seem dark and enclosed.
The brief was to brighten the room and create a contemporary look that was also sympathetic to the ‘country’ feel as the house was in a small hamlet.
We replaced a medium sized freestanding Welsh dresser with a run of reduced depth base units and glass dressers that filled the entire wall. This allowed for the removal of the small awkward spaces at either end of the old Welsh dresser and made a fantastic centrepiece for the dining area.
A bespoke tongue & groove open dresser is centred between the glass doors with feature LED lighting. Below this is a bespoke open unit with drawer and oak wine racks complimented by a warm solid timber Oak worktop. Throughout the kitchen tongue and groove décor end panels are used to add to the ‘country’ look of the kitchen.
