Back following a gap year, the prestigious awards returned with a glittering ceremony held at the British Institute of Film, London on 22nd October. Attracting all the greatest and rising stars of the design world, the popular event is designed to celebrate and commend the best in homes and interiors.
Going on to beat stiff competition, Burbidge won the highly coveted category of ‘Best Luxury Kitchen’ for its Langton kitchen. Launched in spring 2016, the inspired Langton takes the quintessential English shaker style into a new era of modernity via a beautifully crafted solid form, authentic design details and infinite array of colour options and accessories for contemporary personalisation.
Ben Burbidge, managing director of Burbidge comments: “With the House Beautiful awards being one of the biggest and most revered in the design world, we consider it a great achievement to even be nominated. We were therefore thrilled to find we had won the gold award for our Langton which we see a true testament to the unprecedented level of craftsmanship and detailing placed on what is undoubtedly our most luxurious kitchen yet.”
Burbidge was also nominated for the ‘Best Value Kitchen’ category for its Stowe design.
