British kitchen manufacturer Burbidge has been commended at the prestigious House Beautiful awards in London, after winning the Best Value Kitchen category with its hugely popular handle-less kitchen, Malmö.
Having beaten off stiff competition from other leading kitchen manufacturers, it was a combination of Burbidge's innovative handle-less design, high gloss finishes, competitive price point and superb quality that set Malmö apart from its competitors and impressed the panel of judges.
The esteemed awards ceremony took place at London's Science Museum on the 8th November and was hosted by TV design expert David Domoney. Judges included an array of high- end designers including John Rocha, Jeff Banks, Sophie Conran, Oliver Heath and Nick Munro.
Ben Burbidge, Managing Director at Burbidge comments; "We are absolutely delighted that our best-selling handle-less kitchen Malmö has won such an impressive accolade. For consumers looking to choose a new contemporary kitchen for their home, a House Beautiful award-win can create real stand-out and we foresee Malmö continuing to thrive as we look towards 2013."
"Winning this award is confirmation that with Malmö we have created an outstanding product with award winning precision and we hope that this will give retailers even more confidence to proudly showcase this stunning kitchen to their customers."
